1995 gtx HELP!

my kid ran over a tow rope last weekend and it got got up in the shaft.
she killed the engine right away. i proped the ski in it's side (not
too much of an angle) and got the rope out. but now it just idles and
gets very little reponse when given acceleration. any ideas?

Look at your impeller pump liner. There are probably nicks and chunks
missing. It will need to be removed and a new one pressed in.
