I have a 96 Seadoo XP, got it used from a business associate, said it
was a running no problem a year earlier. Couldn't start it at first,
wouldn't crank, but after cleaning out the starter, replacing the
battery and cables, and putting in some new oil and gas, I got it to
turn over everytime. Damn thing wouldn't start though - after checking
the plugs, they were wet with oil. Apparently oil is getting into the
piston chambers and wetting the spark plugs, no spark, no run simple.

Is there anyone out there in the North East (I'm in NYC) near NJ, CT,
MA, DE that I can send my motor to to get rebuilt? I know I can
exchange my motor for about $950 with shipping for a new remanufactured
XP motor, but I'd rather spend less then that.

Email me at pujo2005@gmail.com if you can help me.
