Thanks for the help postings for a previous question I had about a
backfire and ignition, thought I would start another thread with this
specific question.

Here is my problem:

Hard to start....I pulled the plugs and then watched the spark.
Both cylinders have spark BUT only when I first hit the start button and
then one spark when I release it. In the middle while it is cranking
there is no spark at all. I have been noticing that it would always
seem to kick over right when I let off the start button, now I know
why. As suggested in a previous note I disconnected the black and white
wires coming from the start stop switch but the same problem still
exists. The battery is a month old and fully charged.

Any help to get this running before the 4th would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks, Jason

Do as Momar said. He's on the money. Then, you'll probably find you need to
replace the MSD enhancer if you have not found a bad ground or connection.
