Your Son still has a lot of time to grow. When I was 14, I was about
5'8" and 127 pounds in wrestling, without cutting at all. Then once
wrestling ended, i gained 25 pounds and a couple inches, somehow have
continued to do this (I eat regular to Large portions and no Protein).
And am now on Varsity (Wrestling & Crew) at 6'2" and 190 pounds. I am
couple inches taller then the rest of my family, but don't think at
the young age of 14 that he won't grow.

But if he does grow to the size that you say he will, then thier are
two choices.
If he has a above average aerobic levels then I would
suggest being a lightweight
If he has average aerobic levels then I would suggest
gaining muscle and going heavy Weight.

P.S. I am just a Senior in High School and in no way an expert so this
very well could all be on the wrong train.
