There great the way I cook them
Take your carp and place it on a 1 inch thick Oak board, season it well,
and cook in the oven at 350 degrees 10 min for each pound of fish,,
remove from the oven and then from the board, throw the carp away and
eat the board

HAHAHAAA!!!
He is exactly correct.
Carp fishing (aka. Crap fishing) is something only a backwoods, hill-jack
would fish for.
They should be PAYING you to show up at their pond to remove these fish from
it.
ALSO:
I likewise have a good recipe for carp.
Put the carp in aluminum foil.
Put the foiled fish in a turkey oven pan.
Pack the outside of the foil with cow patties, or "chips".
Add 1 gallon of water to the basting pan.
Set oven at 350 degrees.
Baste the water over the cow chips every 10 minutes in the oven.
After one hour of basting, remove from the oven.
Take the inner wrapped carp away from the basting pan and cow chips.
Throw away the carp.
Eat the freshly cooked cow chips.
It makes for great sandwich left-overs too!
