Once in a blue moon I will do something, like pick up a paper clip from the
floor, and - ding! - something in my lower back becomes unhappy.

If it does not hurt too badly to gear up, exit, arch and what not, I have
found that getting shaken like a rag doll by interesting openings leaves me
in pretty good shape by the end of the day. At least that is what I think
does it.

Basically, if I am in good enough shape to unicycle, I can jump. Actually,
unicycling iss pretty good therapy as well.

All things considerred, I'd just as soon do without having lower lumber
unpleasantness in the first place, and I can come up with a variety of other
reasons to jump.

Blue skies,

Winsor

Stretching your quadriceps and hamstrings will help, and I can see
where unicycling will strengthen your abdominals. For me, it's gin and
tonic. I hope you feel less pain. Tom

Skydiving Step-By-Step I'm studying the concept of skydiving, without actually doing the deed. Perhaps you can help me. From what I understand, these are the steps of skydiving, after you've jumped off the plane: 1) Acceleration (done using your body, maneuvering) 2) Decelerati
