w r t a jolly picture in Feb Regatta p 02, the small passenger in the
double, port gates still or already undone, afloat and apparently
attached to terra firma by one leaning arm, is in fact a doll?

Tell me I'm overreacting, or have totally misread what I think I see,
but - charming though the picture is - does our sport need it just
now?
