98 gtx rfi turns over but will not start

I have a 98 gtx rfi that I started on land because I did not use for a
week it started and ran fine a few days later I decided to start it
again and it will not start motor turns over great and it seems to have
spark

Put your hand on top of the fuel pump and then plug the key in. You
should feel it vibrate as the pump builds up pressure. If not, then
the pump is bad. If it is, break out your wallet as it is going to be
expensive.
